Sally England is an artist, designer, and maker.

Working primarily with fibers, Sally creates work that reveals the hidden potential of familiar household objects and décor. Through color and texture, alongside elements of the unexpected, she tells stories that reflect and comment on our current culture. She is inspired by the potential for our environments to transform and enchant, provide solace, and evoke nostalgia. Sally envisions the home as a personal paradise, and believes in the benefits of surrounding oneself with meaningful handmade art objects.

After attending the MFA in Applied Craft and Design program offered by Pacific Northwest College of Art and Oregon College of Art and Craft in Portland, Oregon, Sally found her way back to her home state of Michigan where she currently has a studio inside of an old Victorian house in historic Heritage Hill.
